Working with RE:VIVE Development, Arrowhead helped restore this historic Houston Heights property while maintaining its original character. After evaluating the pavement’s strong sub-base and drainage, we completed a cost-effective 2” asphalt overlay that delivered the appearance of a brand-new parking lot. New curbing, striping, and car stops completed the transformation, allowing the project to be handed off for tenant move-in within the same week. This approach maximized longevity while keeping the project efficient and budget-conscious.
