Austin brings an operations-focused mindset shaped by experience in accounting, oilfield services, and refuse industries. Raised in a family with deep Texas entrepreneurial roots, he values hard work, accountability, and customer service. His leadership ensures Arrowhead operates efficiently while maintaining high standards across every project.
Blake Parker
Co-Founder
Blake’s background in business administration, refuse services, and natural gas pipeline industries gives him a disciplined, process-driven approach to leadership. An Eagle Scout, he brings a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and integrity to Arrowhead’s day-to-day operations and client relationships.
Kaci Hancock
Director, Business Development
With over 20 years of award-winning experience as a Certified and Accredited Property Manager, Kaci brings a client-first perspective to Arrowhead’s services. Her background in property management helps bridge the gap between operational execution and real-world property needs — ensuring solutions are practical, responsive, and aligned with client priorities.
Jack Freeley
Senior Engineer
Jack Feely has over 40 years of experience as a Building Engineer and Project Superintendent, working throughout New York City’s five boroughs — primarily in his home borough of Long Island. As the saying goes, if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere, and Jack brings that no-nonsense expertise to every project. In 2025, he relocated to Houston to be closer to his two granddaughters, Andi and Oli. When he’s not replacing ceiling tiles, repairing doors, or tackling sheetrock and lighting projects, Jack is often shuttling visiting family and friends to and from IAH.
Nathan Hodde
Customer Service Director
Nathan Hodde attended Texas State University, where he first met Austin and Blake while joining the Sigma Chi fraternity. He earned a BA in History and went on to spend eight years teaching history at Cook Middle School — Go Rangers! During summers, Nathan picked up part-time parking lot sweeping routes to stay active (and avoid spending the whole summer playing video games). That hands-on experience led him into a full-time Customer Service Representative role, where he quickly became the backbone of our customer service department. Today, Nathan is a friendly, familiar face our clients trust and rely on every day.
Troy Cherry
Operations Manager
Troy Cherry brings more than 30 years of experience in the Distribution, Logistics, and Transportation industries. He leverages his deep expertise in routing and logistics to ensure our crews are well organized and efficiently scheduled— delivering service on time and to the high standards he sets for every team. When he’s not keeping operations running smoothly, Troy can be found at Texans home games at NRG Stadium, where his tailgate team proudly earned Best Tailgate honors for the 2025 season.
