This project required careful coordination within a fully operational hotel near the Texas Medical Center. Arrowhead completed a phased cleaning, repair, sealcoating, and restriping process to rejuvenate the parking lot while minimizing guest disruption. Despite Houston’s challenging weather conditions, the pavement was restored to like-new condition without requiring major capital investment. The result was a cost-effective solution that extended pavement life and refreshed the property’s appearance.
