Cypress Station
Arrowhead completed a large-scale parking lot renovation across four buildings at Cypress Station, combining phased sealcoating and full-property restriping to restore performance and appearance. The project included surface preparation, oil spot priming, and a four-phase, double-coat application covering approximately 215,000 square feet of asphalt. Once sealed, the entire site was restriped to improve organization, safety, and compliance — including parking stalls, ADA areas, fire lanes, speed bumps, and light pole bases. The result is a clean, clearly marked parking environment designed for durability, safety, and long-term use.
