Partnering with Qualified Construction on this HUD-funded, ground-up project required absolute accuracy and compliance. Arrowhead performed a full site pressure wash across 60,000 square feet, then laid out and striped fire lanes and ADA areas using double-coated oil-based paint to match architectural plans precisely. ADA signage and car stops completed the project, ensuring smooth inspections and allowing residents to move in without delay.
