This high traffic medical facility in the Heights is open 365 days a year. Our prevailing gulf coast winds were pushing pushing onto this property from new construction across the street for months. The building, modeled to look like its original neighbor next door, needed a deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint to keep this corner of Heights and 11th street looking fresh. Pedestrian and client traffic were safely directed for the duration of the project to make sure there were no unsafe situations for the staff or patients. A double coat of Sherwin Williams Emerald was hand-rolled for a finish that will last many years to come.
