Working with Qualified Construction on this ground-up project for HUD there was no room for mistakes when mapping out the new fire lanes and ADA areas. We were able to do a full 60,000 square feet site clean pressure wash of the entire paving plan. We laid out and striped a double coat of oil-based gorilla paint to match the architect’s exact design, ensuring no issues in the inspection. We finished up with ADA signage and car stops so these new lucky homeowners could move in.
