We collaborated with RE:VIVE Development to restore this legacy Houston Heights building to a modern state while maintaining historic charm. This pavement had a rock-solid sub-base, excellent grading and drainage, and a decent top coat of asphalt. With this assessment we were able to do a simple 2″ asphalt overlay to bring the appearance of a brand new parking lot to this building, this option is budget-friendly and in the right circumstances, and maintenance will last decades. With a fresh curb, striping and car stops this building was ready for the handoff to move in by the end of that week.
